What We Do

Eco-Anxiety Workshop

The climate crisis is not just an environmental issue, it’s a mental health one too. As we face rising global temperatures, extreme weather events and increasing uncertainty, more of us are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and powerless.

What is eco-anxiety?

Understand the link between mental health and the climate crisis

Eco-anxiety is a term used to describe the feelings of worry, fear and helplessness that arise in response to the climate crisis. While not a clinical diagnosis, eco-anxiety can affect mental health in real and lasting ways. Rather than ignoring these feelings, this workshop helps individuals acknowledge them, understand their roots, and transform them into motivation for positive, meaningful change.

Why choose Eco-Anxiety Workshops?

Supporting minds and sustaining the planet

Understand the link between mental health and the climate crisis

Gain insight into how the climate emergency is impacting our psychological and emotional wellbeing. We’ll explore concepts like eco-anxiety and climate grief, and how these responses are affecting individuals, communities and workplaces.

Turn anxiety into action

Learn how to harness feelings of fear or hopelessness and channel them into constructive, purpose-driven action. We’ll discuss how anxiety, when acknowledged and supported, can actually fuel creativity, resilience and lasting change.

Create your personal ta-da list

Instead of a traditional to-do list, you’ll create a ta-da list – a positive, empowering reflection of the actions you’ve already taken. This approach builds motivation, celebrates progress and reminds us that small steps matter when it comes to both wellbeing and climate impact.
